FOUNDED IN MONTANA, FORGED BY PASSION
I’m Emma McCarthy, a Montana native raised by entrepreneurs who taught me that nothing is impossible and no dream is too big. That upbringing gave me a grind-and-hustle mentality and a love for challenges—especially the kind that let me prove people wrong and carve my own path.
Storytelling has always been at the center of what I do. I first brought it to life as an All Star cheerleading coach at the age of 14. Continuing to help athletes grow and celebrating their wins on and off the mat has helped fill my cup and inspired me to lead by example in my everyday life.
As if being the Head Coach of our program was not enough, my business mindset kept pulling me toward something of my own—driven by a curiosity to learn from people who built their success from the ground up and a desire to create a brand that reflects that same independence.
The Media Foundry is where those passions meet. It’s the space where I capture striking images, write meaningful stories, and highlight the small details that set a brand apart—content that looks incredible and makes people feel connected to the heart of a business.
THE FACE BEHIND THE FOUNDRY
When I’m not behind the camera or shaping stories for clients, life is full and beautifully busy. I’m usually traveling to cheer competitions, hyping them up backstage, or lacing up my shoes for a hike through Glacier National Park with my fiancé, Gus. At home, nothing matters more than family time— late, long dinners, spontaneous Target runs, and the kind of conversations that keep me grounded and inspired. And always by my side is Maverick, my four-legged soul dog with the world’s most convincing puppy-dog eyes.
These moments—whether it’s a mountain view, another national championship, or a quiet night in with the people I love—fuel my creativity and remind me why I believe every story deserves to be told with heart.
